When trying to connect to a session on Safari, you see this error:
If your computer operating system is Mac OS X 10.6.8, you may be using an unsupported version of Safari.
To connect to a SecureVideo session, please download and install this update for Safari 5.1.10 for Snow Leopard from Apple's website: http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1569?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US
The download and installation process should only take a few minutes.
