Symptom

Uninstalling and reinstalling VSee can solve a variety of mysterious issues.

Possible Causes

Resolution

1. Click on your Start menu in the lower left hand corner (the Windows icon) and then search for%appdata%. You should see the Roaming folder appear.

2. Open the folder that you find, and look for a folder called VSeeInstall.

3. In the VSeeInstall folder should be a file called vseeUninstall.exe. Double-click on it to run it, and it should uninstall. (You should get a confirmation notice; close it.)
